تخيل أن تكون أمًا بلا ذراعين، تناديك طفلتك "ماما". وأنتِ عاجزة حتى عن أن تضميها إلى صدرك

نبال الهسي (25 عامًا) فقدت ذراعيها بعد قصف إسرائيلي دمّر حياتها وهي تحتضن طفلتها ريتا (عام ونصف)، أصيبت بجروح بالغة أدت إلى بتر ذراعيها من أسفل المرفقين، وتلف خطير في الكبد والساق، إضافة إلى حروق متفرقة تركت ندوبًا موجعة على جسدها.

اليوم، لم تعد نبال قادرة على الحركة أو رعاية طفلتها، لا تستطيع إطعامها، ولا تبديل ثيابها، ولا حتى مسح دموعها، حُرمت من أبسط حقوقها كأم: أن تحتضن صغيرتها، وفوق كل ذلك، أصبحت مشردة بلا مأوى بعدما دُمر منزل عائلتها.

يا أصحاب القلوب الرحيمة... نبال تستغيث بكم، هي بحاجة ماسة وعاجلة إلى تدخل طبي لتركيب أطراف صناعية ذكية تعيد لها بصيص أمل، وتمنحها فرصة أن تعيش إنسانيتها وأمومتها من جديد, فكل يوم يمر يزيد من ألمها وحرمانها من أبسط حق أمومي في الحياة: أن تضم طفلتها ريتا إلى صدرها.

Nebal Al-Hissi, 25 years old, lost both of her arms after an Israeli airstrike destroyed her life while she was cradling her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Rita.

She suffered severe injuries that led to the amputation of her arms below the elbows, serious damage to her liver and leg, along with scattered burns that left

painful scars on her body.

Today, Nebal is no longer able to move or care for her child. She cannot feed her, change her clothes, or even wipe away her tears. She has been deprived of the simplest right of motherhood: to embrace her little girl.

On top of that, she has become homeless after her

family's home was destroyed.

People of compassion... Nebal is crying out for your help. She is in urgent need of medical intervention to receive advanced prosthetic arms that could bring back a glimmer of hope and allow her to reclaim her humanity and her motherhood. Every day that passes only deepens her pain and her deprivation of the most basic maternal right in life: to hold her daughter Rita to

her chest.
