هنا كنا نقف كل يوم، فوق سطح مجمع ناصر الطبي، نبحث عن شارة إنترنت لننقل للعالم صوت غزة وصورتها، ونوثّق القصف المستمر على خانيونس. فجأة، في لحظة واحدة، حوّل الاحتلال هذا المكان إلى ركام على الهواء مباشرة، وارتقى 20 شهيدًا من بينهم 5 من زملائنا الصحفيين وعدد من رجال الدفاع المدني والمسعفين.
الاحتلال لم يكتفِ بالقصف، أراد إسكات الصورة، إخفاء الحقيقة، وترك العالم أعمى لا يرى ما يحدث هنا. لكننا باقون، سنرفع الكاميرا من جديد، وسنصرخ بالحق حتى آخر نفس: غزة تُباد على مرأى العالم، ولن نصمت.

This was where we stood every day — on the roof of Nasser Medical Complex — searching for an internet signal to show the world Gaza’s voice and image, documenting the relentless bombing of Khan Younis. Then, in a single moment, the occupation turned this place into rubble live on air, killing 20 people — including 5 of our fellow journalists, along with civil defense workers and paramedics.
The occupation didn’t just bomb the place; it wanted to silence the image, hide the truth, and leave the world blind to what is happening here. But we will remain. We will raise the camera again and keep shouting the truth until our last breath: Gaza is being exterminated before the eyes of the world — and we will not be silent.
